Hi, I’m Mohammad Lotfi Akbarabadi—though you might also know me as Mohammad Lotfi, LotfiAkbarabadi, or simply Pedram (pronounced Ped-rom).
I’m an IT professional with over 9 years of experience, including 3 years specializing in penetration testing and cybersecurity. I have experience in identifying vulnerabilities and delivering actionable solutions that enhance organizational security.
My passion lies in IT and Cybersecurity (Ethical Hacking). I also love Artificial Intelligence.
Take a look at an AI (girl) version of me!
I devote my time to teaching and mentoring individuals as a part-time job.
I design novel and up-to-date customized challenges to teach students how to work with various tools to ensure the interactivity within the classroom, having hands-on experience for their CV and learning the theory behind it in a fun way.
To date, I have helped over 1500 people, many of whom have successfully graduated, gained admission to universities, and secured jobs in the market!
I know and teach variety of programming languages. I’m proficient in Python but I also possess basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script. Previously, I worked with C/C++ and MATLAB, more related to hardware development of Micro Controller Units (MCUs). Previously my team and I built a domestic electric vehicle for a competition. We ranked 5th among 88 teams! Check it out here.
Holding BSc and MSc degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, I focused on power systems optimization and renewable energy integration to support sustainability goals like Zero Carbon Footprint through advanced algorithms.
I’ve published a peer reviewed study; I used the MOEED (multi-objective economic and emission dispatch) which is a non-convex and non-linear problem, and I solved it via developing an algorithm called the R-NSGA-II (real non-dominated sorting algorithm II), which was modified to include a better constraint handling method called “constraint domination”, and more suitable genetic operators: a mutation operator called “polynomial mutation”, and a crossover operator called simulated binary crossover (SBX). check it out here.
The spiritual side of me is a big contributor of keeping my balance. I take pictures of beautiful scenery, I draw hyper-realistic images, I cook, and I enjoy reading Persian poetry.
Here are some of them:
Before, I used to do video editing, create logos, and build websites. I have worked with several companies, designing attractive advertisement videos to enhance their social media visibility.
